Flocking Machine – mod. TO/S

Flocking Machines mod. TO/S are designed to flock t-shirts and sheets and can be mounted on common carousel printers.

Two or more Flocking Machines mod. TO/S can be fitted on a carousel printer and used for multicolor flocking.

Each unit consists of:

– A flocking hopper, equipped with brushes oscillating pneumatically over an electrostatic screen
– Supporting structure with insulators
– An electrostatic generator with adjustable tension from 0 to 50,000 Volt
– A control panel with computerized system to handle the units for multicolor flocking
