INNOVATIVE FLOCKING PLANT FOR RUBBER PROFILES

We installed, with success, an innovative flocking plant for automotive rubber profiles.
It allows:
1. The flocking of profiles of different colours with a quick change from one colour to the other.
2. The direct conditioning of machines and the flock feeding system inside. This allows us to condition a very limited area, thus saving energy and reducing the conditioning room’s overall dimensions.
3. The filtering of flock with multiple filtering system for more efficient flock use.
