FLOCKING EQUIPMENT FOR LATEX GLOVES
Over the years, AIGLE has developed several Flocking Equipment for Latex Gloves.
The glove is flocked to facilitate the passage of the hand when worn and to increase its comfort: the flock therefore stops the latex coming in direct contact with the skin.
The purpose is to apply flock (instead of grinded cotton, viscose or polyamide), directly onto the metallic forms previously impregnated into the latex. In practice, the latex acts as glue.
The gloves, still in their shapes, receive flock and continue towards the oven for freezing and drying. At the end of the process, after the final cleaning to remove the excess flock, the glove is turned inside out and thus the flocked side will be on the inside.
In this way, AIGLE inserts the flocking machine and the cabin of final cleaning inside of an existing plant for the production of latex gloves. This involves the customization of our machines to suit the equipment in use/planned to be in use. The flocking plant is equipped with hoppers and/or electro-pneumatic guns for an adequate distribution of the flock. The flocking machine is then equipped with a system of collection and recirculation of excess flock through collectors connected to suction systems.
