The Manual Flocking Device mod. EASY FLOCK/N is a flocking unit for samples and limited/batch productions.
It can be supplied in two different versions:
– Unit with built-in electrostatic generator, fed by rechargeable battery (average of 8 h working time) (1-2)
– Unit fed by Electrostatic Generator mod. GE-100-1 (3) (0÷50 kV—0÷0,5 mA).
Each EASY FLOCK/N machine is supplied with a 120 mm. diameter applicator of flock; it can mount different types of applicators, with a diameter of 60 or 160 mm. (4)
The flocking device is easy to use. It is especially designed to flock flat and concave surfaces. For flocking of the interiors of objects, it is advisable to employ the electro-pneumatic flocking machines (see relevant leaflets).
The Electrostatic Generator mod. GE-100-1 can be connected via a suitable switch up to a maximum of three EASY FLOCK APPLICATORS, which are activated in succession by the operator. The group composed like this is particularly suitable for working on carousel screen printing (images below), so that flocking can be done with more colors for t-shirt designs, sheets, panels, etc…
Each EASY FLOCK/N machine can indeed be loaded with different colored flock.
